Using Joolian
Joolian provides activity discovery and family planning for adult parents, guardians and authorized caregivers in the United States. You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage any child information you provide. Protect your account and provide information you are entitled to use.
Listings, prices and trials
Independent Activity Providers deliver listed activities and are responsible for their facilities, staff, supervision and participation requirements. Listing details, pricing, availability and trial terms are informational and may change. Check the exact branch and session. A saved listing, price option, trial label or calendar event is not a booking, enrollment, reservation or promise of capacity. This release does not take payments, sell subscriptions, confirm enrollment or issue refunds.
Suitability and certification
You are responsible for assessing whether an activity is suitable for your child. Recommendations, age notices, ratings and driving estimates are informational and are not medical or safety advice. Joolian Certified is a designation set by Joolian staff, not government accreditation or a guarantee of safety, availability or suitability. Joolian is not an emergency service.
Calendars and optional services
You choose whether to use optional location and Apple Calendar access. Exported event names, child participant names and timing can be visible to others with access to your selected calendar. Suggestions and conflict checks may be incomplete or outdated. Disconnecting or deleting the account does not remove existing external calendar copies.
Your information and acceptable use
You retain rights in information you provide and authorize processing described in the Privacy Policy for the requested features. Do not provide information without authorization, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or access another account. Private family information is not public review content.
Account deletion and third parties
You may delete the account in Settings > Account. Failures are reported for retry; encrypted provider-revocation work may temporarily remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Apple, Google and other external services have their own terms. Where no separate custom app license is provided, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license. Apple is not a party to these service terms and does not provide Joolian support.
Contact and changes
Contact bhaveshdewan9@icloud.com for support. Joolian may update these terms as the service changes and will provide notice or obtain agreement where required. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
